Praline Pecans
2 C. sugar
2/3 C. milk
½ tsp. baking soda
Cook until soft boil on candy thermometer. Take off heat.
Add: 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 c. + of pecan halves. Stir until mixture starts to thicken. Drop pecans on wax paper sprinkled generously with salt. Cool completely.
If needed, mixture can be reheated to thin.
