Pecan Pie
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup light Karo syrup
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Lightly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. A homemade crust will add to the flavor of the pie.
