Lowfat Pecan Dip
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 c. chopped pecan pieces
- 3 oz. non-fat cream cheese
- 2/3 c. light sour cream
- 1 T. dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 T. water
- 1/4 c. chives, chopped
- 2 T. green chilies, diced
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with reduced fat crackers and vegetable sticks.
