Cheese Pecan Crackers

1/2 C. minced pecans

3 tablespoons water

2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1 C. all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 C. parmesan cheese

1 C. uncooked oats

1/2 C. softened margarine

1/3 C. sunflower kernels

Beat cheddar cheese, parmesan, margarine and water in a large bowl with electric mixer. Add flour and salt, mix well. Stir in oats, pecans and sunflower kernels. Mix well. Shape dough into 12-inch long roll, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least four hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cut roll in 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
